2026世界青少年音樂大賽－第二季，為全球頂級國際性青少年專業音樂賽事，由全球青少年文化藝術專才協會獨家主辦，聯合亞太區青少年文化及學術協會、國際青少年及兒童教育協會、亞洲青銳文化協會、WORLD YOUTH TALENT EDUCATION ASSOCIATION四大國際權威協會聯合協辦，五大國際協會聯合賦能，整合全球藝術師資、國際展演資源、跨國藝術交流渠道，打造公平專業、國際認可、高含金量的青少年音樂專業競技平台。
2026 World Youth Music Competition - Season 2 is a top-tier international professional music competition for teenagers. Exclusively hosted by the Global Youth Cultural and Art Talent Association, it is jointly co-organized by four authoritative international associations: Asia-Pacific Youth Cultural and Academic Association, International Youth and Children Education Association, Asia Youth Culture Association, and World Youth Talent Education Association. Empowered by the five international associations, the competition integrates global art faculty, international performance resources and cross-border art exchange channels, to build a fair, professional, internationally acknowledged and high-gold-content professional music competition platform for teenagers.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、每位參賽者只能提交一件參賽音樂主題參賽視頻作品，參賽作品內容可為樂器演奏或歌唱作品，樂器種類不限、歌唱語言不限、作品時長不限、音樂風格不限。
2、提交的音樂參賽視頻作品需保證錄製完整（視頻錄製需清晰呈現演奏/演唱音色、肢體展演細節，無環境雜音、無後期過度修音剪輯，單一作品一次性完整演繹錄製後提交）、格式規範（展演視頻格式為MP4，視頻分辨率不低於1080P，音軌採樣率標準48kHz，單份文件大小不超過200MB；視頻素材無平台水印、無多餘背景雜物，真實還原現場演繹原始音色與狀態），以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節。
3、本次比賽參賽者僅透過全球青少年文化藝術專才協會報名與遞交參賽作品，不開放第三方平台、個人渠道報名及作品遞交，所有參賽資格、作品收件皆由全球青少年文化藝術專才協會統一核驗管理。
1.Each participant may submit only one music-themed entry video. The entry can be instrumental performance or vocal performance with no restrictions on musical instrument types, performance languages, duration or music styles.
2.The submitted music entry video shall be completely recorded (the video shall clearly present the timbre of instrumental/vocal performance and performance details; no ambient noise, excessive audio tuning or post-editing is allowed. Each entry shall be performed and recorded completely in one take for submission) and compliant with format requirements (the entry video shall be in MP4 format with a minimum resolution of 1080P, standard audio sample rate of 48kHz, and a file size no more than 200MB. The video shall contain no watermarks or irrelevant background objects, and truly restore the original timbre and performance status of the on-site performance), so that the jury can evaluate all details of the entry comprehensively and carefully.
3.Participants of this competition shall only register and submit entry works via the Global Youth Cultural and Art Talent Association. Registration and work submission via third-party platforms or individual channels are not permitted. All participation qualifications and work collection shall be uniformly verified and managed by the Global Youth Cultural and Art Talent Association.
