​比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements​：​​

1、本次所有參賽作品須緊扣萬聖節主題進行創作。參賽作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成，可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、填色組，統一使用A4白紙列印協會此次比賽專屬填色稿進行上色創作，作品空白區域可依個人創意自行增繪相關主題圖案，提升作品完整度與獨特性。
3、繪畫組，不設紙張尺寸與繪畫工具限制，開放多元創作形式，但參賽作品須為平面創作。
4、服裝造型組，參賽者可運用現成服飾進行萬聖節主題創意搭配，亦可自主構思、設計、製作原創萬聖節服飾。參賽作品可搭配契合主題的彩妝造型整體呈現，完整展現個人創意巧思與審美風格，豐富作品層次與視覺效果。
5、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1.All entries must be created closely around the Halloween theme. Works shall be independently completed by participants, or completed independently under the guidance of parents or instructors. Works submitted to other competitions may be entered for this event. Naming format for entries: Name – Age Group.
2.Colouring Category: Participants shall use A4 printed exclusive colouring templates provided by the Association for colour creation. Additional themed patterns may be freely drawn within blank areas to enhance the completeness and uniqueness of works.
3.Painting Category: There are no restrictions on paper size or painting tools, and diverse creative forms are permitted. However, all entries must be two-dimensional artworks.
4.Costume Styling Category: Participants may create Halloween-themed styling with ready-made garments, or conceive, design and produce original Halloween costumes. Entries may be complemented with theme-matching makeup to fully demonstrate creativity, aesthetic taste and enrich the layers and visual impact of the presentation.
5.Any participant found submitting works not created by themselves will be disqualified. If any entry violates relevant laws, all legal liabilities shall be borne by the participant, and the Association shall not be held responsible. All entries must not contain harmful ideologies, controversial or inappropriate content. Commercial promotion or political elements must not appear in any entry.

[Individual Awards]

​​每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項

For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上

Champion (Score of 90 or more)

亞軍：得分80分-90分

Runner-up (Score 80-90)

季軍：得分65分-80分

Third Place (Score 65-80)

優秀作品獎：得分65分以下

Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
