The organization will send awards and certificates (if chosen for production) by mail within approximately 90 working days after the official results are announced.
大賽以發掘青少年創意潛能、傳遞正向青春力量為核心，搭建國際性、多元化的短視頻創作交流展示平台。順應新媒體時代發展趨勢，鼓勵海內外青少年兒童以鏡頭為筆、以影像為媒，記錄生活美好、抒發青春態度、展現獨特創思。透過影像創作實踐，鍛鍊參賽者的視覺審美、構思創作與影像表達能力，提升青少年數位媒體素養與創新思維。同時以賽促學、以影會友，促進各地青少年文化交流與思想碰撞，傳播積極向上的少年風貌，挖掘新時代影像創作新生代人才，為青少年兒童提供展現自我、綻放光彩的專業舞台。
Centered on discovering young people’s creative potential and conveying positive youthful energy, the competition builds an international and diversified platform for short video creation, exchange and exhibition. Following the development trend of the new media era, it encourages young children and teenagers worldwide to treat cameras as brushes and images as media, documenting the beauty of life, expressing youthful attitudes and showcasing distinctive creative ideas. Through image creation practice, participants can cultivate visual aesthetics, conceptualisation and visual communication capabilities, and enhance young people’s digital media literacy and innovative thinking. Meanwhile, the event facilitates learning through competition and builds connections via visual works, boosting cultural exchanges and ideological collisions among young people from all regions. It promotes the vibrant, positive demeanour of youth, discovers emerging talents in contemporary video creation, and provides children and teenagers with a professional stage to express themselves and shine.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group .

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品主題不限，可涵蓋校園生活、家庭互動，還是田園嬉戲、文化體驗等多元題材，須為參賽者原創作品。8 歲以下參賽者可由家長陪同創作，作品可適度引用公開授權網絡素材，未獲得其他比賽專屬版權限制的往期參賽作品亦可報名。
2、參賽作品支持 MP4、MOV 等國際通用格式，時長須控制在 3 分鐘以內。作品可自主選擇是否配備旁白，旁白語言可選英語、普通話、粵語等，作品命名格式統一為「姓名 - 年齡組別」。
3、若經核實作品非參賽者本人原創，將立即取消參賽資格；參賽作品若違反任何國家或地區法律法規，相關法律責任由參賽者全權承擔，主辦方不承擔任何連帶責任；所有作品不得包含暴力、低俗、違法等不良內容，須符合國際公認的公序良俗。
1. Entries may cover diverse themes including campus life, family interactions, rural pastimes, or cultural experiences, but must be original works by the entrant. Participants under 8 years old may create entries with parental assistance. Works may appropriately incorporate publicly licensed online materials. Previously submitted entries not subject to exclusive copyright restrictions from other competitions are also eligible.
2. Submissions must be in internationally recognized formats such as MP4 or MOV, with a duration not exceeding 3 minutes. Entries may optionally include narration in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages. All works must be named in the format: “Name - Age Group.”
3. Entries found to be non-original works will be immediately disqualified. Participants bear full legal responsibility for any violations of national or regional laws and regulations; the organizer assumes no liability. All entries must comply with internationally recognized standards of public order and good morals, and must not contain violent, vulgar, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
