本賽事立足國際視野，搭建海內外青少年兒童語言藝術交流舞台，不限朗誦主題與語言類型，包容多元文學風格與情感表達。以詩文為媒、以聲傳情，讓參賽選手在字裡行間領悟文字溫度，透過聲線頓挫、情感渲染、語氣節奏演繹經典美文與原創作品的獨特魅力。賽事旨在發掘少年語言天賦，磨煉台風氣質與情感表達能力，積澱文學素養與審美底蘊，促進跨地域語言文化交流，讓純真少年以聲抒懷、以誦築夢，綻放語言藝術的璀璨光彩。
This competition adopts an international vision and builds a cross-border language and art exchange platform for young children and teenagers. It imposes no restrictions on recitation themes or languages and embraces diverse literary styles and emotional expressions. Taking literature as the carrier and voice as the medium, it allows contestants to perceive the warmth of words and interpret the unique charm of classic and original works through vocal cadence, emotional rendering and tonal rhythm. The competition aims to discover young linguistic talents, refine stage demeanor and expressive ability, accumulate literary accomplishment and aesthetic attainment, and promote cross-regional cultural exchanges. It enables young participants to express their inner feelings through recitation and shine brilliantly in the art of language.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group .

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需為參賽者本人作品，需參賽者本人出鏡。參賽者可以使用本人其他歌唱比賽的參賽作品進行參賽，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、參賽作品題材、語言不限，可選取經典詩文、散文、原創文稿、正能量短文等多元內容，主題積極正向、意境健康，適合青少年兒童演繹，無年齡不符、爭議性及不良导向內容。
3、參賽可搭配純背景音樂、輕柔音效襯托氛圍，不允許出現人聲合音、配音疊加等影響獨立展演的素材，參賽者可自由選擇背譜或看譜朗誦。
4、 參賽影片須一鏡到底、固定機位拍攝，無剪輯、無特效修飾、無後期音頻調試，畫面與聲音真實還原現場展演狀態，確保比賽公平公正。
5、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1.All entries must be original works performed and filmed by the participant personally. Participants may reuse their works submitted in other competitions. The entry title shall be named in the format: Name – Age Group.
2.There are no restrictions on themes or languages. Entries can include classic poems, prose, original manuscripts and positive literary texts. All content must be positive, healthy and suitable for children and teenagers, without inappropriate, controversial or harmful elements.
3.Participants may use pure background music or soft sound effects to enrich the atmosphere. Overlaid vocal tracks or dubbed audio that interfere with independent performance are prohibited. Participants may recite from memory or with sheet music.
4.The competition video must be shot in one continuous take with a fixed camera angle. No editing, special effects or audio post-processing is allowed, to truly restore the live performance and ensure impartiality.
5.Participants who submit non-original works will be disqualified. If the entry violates any laws or regulations, all legal liabilities shall be borne by the participant, and the organizing committee shall not be held responsible. Entries must not contain harmful, controversial or inappropriate content, nor any commercial promotion or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
